Frito-Lay's multicultural brands. A Creative Engine for Q1 2027.
Flamin' Hot. Chile Limón. Dinamita. Adobadas. Carnitas Street Tacos. The portfolio speaks every kitchen in the country, and it moves at the speed of a limited edition. The film behind it never could. A shoot is a quarter. A flavor is a month. A culture is a week.
So the general market gets the film, and everyone else gets the cutdown. This page is about ending that.
Advertising, 2025, in your own filing. Half a billion less than the year before. Same brands, more tables, more channels. The money is not going up. The number of originals has to.
Día de Reyes, MLK Day, Carnaval, Lunar New Year, Ramadan, Black History Month, the first Super Bowl ever played on Valentine's Day, in the most multicultural city in the country, then Women's History Month, Nowruz and Holi. A traditional line covers one of them with a film. The rest get a post.
One Creative Engine per brand, trained on its products, its people, its places and its archive: every bag, every lockup, every flavor, the mascot, thirty years of film. It renders original creative for every table and every channel, and it never invents a bag.
Drag to turn. Hover a ring, or a table.
RitualAds is the engine behind campaigns and previsualizations for Kraft Heinz, Coca-Cola, Burger King, Pringles, and Pizza Hut. Five houses, one engine. The shape of the work never changes: a brief goes in · strategy, boards, and finished film come out, with the results on the record below.
THE ROSTER · KRAFT HEINZ · COCA-COLA · BURGER KING · PRINGLES · PIZZA HUT
BRIEF IN · CAMPAIGN OUT · THREE CAMPAIGNS ON THE RECORD · EACH FILM PLAYS HERE · EACH CARD OPENS ITS FULL CASE STUDY
In · a signature-shoe launch whose plan meant shutting down a Chicago subway station
Out · a production-ready previsualization in 90 minutes, and the cinematic commercial built on it for the Angel Reese 1.
The result · the shoe sold out globally within hours, every colorway. "This could rewrite the playbook for sports marketing." · Fox News
In · a magical-realism script and one real performance, filmed practically in Australia
Out · every room, move and transition mapped before cameras rolled, then the finished world built around the untouched performance, furnished from the brand's own 200,000-product catalog.
The result · the brand's first cinematic campaign aired. "Without you guys, this ad is not even going to air. You've smashed it!" · Temple & Webster
In · one idea from the brand and its agency, retire the word payday, and La La Anthony's own real pictures
Out · a culture-first campaign with La La playing one role, herself: her past runs as archival because it happened, her present as documentary because it still does.
The result · the story rode her audience of 15.8 million and put the brand at the center of the money conversation.
And this page is the same engine at work. The entire Every Table strategy for Q1 2027 and its execution · the calendar, the four concepts, twelve plates, four finished films, four letter-perfect marks · was created entirely from the brief provided. No shoot, no agency chain: one brief in, one campaign world out.
Every frame passes five checks before a person sees it. You review. You choose. Nothing ships itself.
Letter-perfect against the official lockup, at full size, every time it appears.
The real bag, the real chip, the real color. An invented cousin is a failed frame.
A person, a want, a turn, a payoff. A mood held is not an ad.
Hands hold, chips fall, nothing floats, nothing passes through anything.
Every spoken word checked against the script, word for word.
THIS PAGE'S OWN RECEIPT · TWELVE PLATES, FOUR FILMS, FOUR MARKS, MADE IN ONE DAY
Cheetos Flamin' Hot · East Los Angeles · February 14, 2027. The Super Bowl and Valentine's Day on the same night, for the first time ever. Mateo's first real date meets his whole family on the loudest night of the year. The film reads the party by its fingerprints. Dani reaches into the bag unasked, her fingers come out red-orange, and the abuela says the only line that matters. Two prints on the window glass.

Why it works. The mark is the product. Every touch leaves it, and the platform you already built, Deja tu Huella, becomes literal on the one night the whole city is watching.
Doritos Dinamita · Lunar New Year's Eve · February 5, 2027. Mai is six and terrified of the firecrackers her cousins hang on the porch. Her uncle holds a Dinamita up beside one: same size, same red. This one you light with your teeth. One crunch she controls, then a chain of crunches around the table like a fuse, and when the real string goes off she does not flinch.

Why it works. A rolled chip born for one table walks into another. The portfolio talking across cultures, in the product's own shape, on a night the general market does not own.
Tostitos · Inglewood · February 14, 2027. Four blocks from the stadium. Pop has hosted the party for twenty-two years and turned down a ticket to the one down the street. On the big play the stadium's roar comes through the window a full second before the television catches up. Everyone turns to him. Best seat in the house.

Why it works. The city hosts the game. The brand hosts the block. A film for the neighborhood that can hear the stadium, made for the neighborhood, not adapted for it.
Lay's · Holi · March 23, 2027. A backyard in the suburbs. Forty Holis and Dadaji has never been colored. The grandchildren plan it like a heist and the bag is the decoy. He eats one chip in total calm, the storm hits from every side, and when it settles he is every color a person can be, holding the bag over his head, still yellow. Forty years.

Why it works. Joy is a simple recipe, the line you already own, played by the one person who loses the game and wins the morning.
Pick the tables, the brands and the formats for one quarter, and what one national film costs you today. The table prices itself, both ways.
One brand, one moment, one market: Cheetos, Super Bowl LXI weekend, Los Angeles. The engine trained in January. Four tables, five formats, every original live by February 1. Any two-week review that misses your bar, stop paying.
The multicultural brands, every table on the calendar, every channel. Fifteen or more finished originals a month, one innovation drop a month, one cornerstone film a quarter, unlimited generations, every frontier model, no meters. Your calendar, your gate, your reviews.
Every brand, general market and multicultural, one line. One gate, one archive that learns from every campaign, and a portfolio that never waits for a shoot again.
The whole standing line, every multicultural brand, every table, every channel, against the advertising line in your own filing, month for month: $45K against $283M. The money will not notice. The tables will.
The first Super Bowl on Valentine's Day, in Los Angeles, on the platform you already built. One engine, four tables: East LA, Koreatown, Inglewood, the Valley. Each gets its own original, in its own language, at the hero's quality. Not a cutdown.
The film above is the proof it can be done. It was made in one day. February gives us forty-one.
RitualAds is a creative studio for brand film: from a single line of brief we build the whole campaign world, concepts, boards and finished moving pictures, made end to end under one roof. For Frito-Lay's multicultural brands that means every table on the calendar gets its own original, at the hero's quality, at a cost the advertising line will not notice.
The meeting takes thirty minutes.
