Built for Patagonia.

PLAY · The Provenance, thirty seconds with sound

THE RIDGE · the jacket holding in spindrift at last light
THE MILL · recycled flake, combed fiber, the first khaki thread
THE SEAM · the quilt line forming under the walking foot

The Provenance

One fiber, followed all the way up: recycled fill to mill, seam to summit. A field lineage film about a jacket whose whole story is on record, cut on match-cuts from macro to alpine.

PLAY · Worn Wear, 1993 · thirty seconds with sound

1993 · the first morning, a blank trail board in fog
2008 · the fleece by the fire, freshly patched
2026 · the top snap closing, the patch holding
THE MEND · one newer stitch among the old ones

Worn Wear, 1993

One fleece crosses thirty years of one family, torn once on a fence and mended at the kitchen table, better for it. Each era arrives in its own home footage, jump-cut on the snap.

film 02 · thirty seconds · sound on

PLAY · The Thread, thirty seconds · stitched sound

THE CONTOUR · one thread drawing the map it will climb
THE SUMMIT · the jacket's seam continuing into the ridge line

The Thread

A single thread stitches a contour map, dives through the needle and becomes the seam of a jacket, then the ridge of the mountain it came from. Real embroidery, and the line never breaks.

Accurate to the record.

Patagonia keeps a system of record most brands only claim: materials, colorways, certifications, every claim accountable to it. Ritual Engine works inside that record. Creative is built constrained by the product data itself, so the jacket on screen is the jacket in the line: its fill, its colorway, its certifications exactly as recorded. Nothing in a frame can claim what the record cannot back.

MATERIAL · as recordedCOLORWAY · as recordedCERTIFICATION · as recordedCLAIM · matches the record

The fields above travel with every frame of the boards on this page: the khaki of the thread in the mill is the khaki of the jacket on the ridge, because both come from the same entry.

A second life for approved garments.

Patagonia approves digital garments at line review long before a sample crosses an ocean. Those 3D assets can carry straight into cinematic creative: the approved geometry becomes the on-screen garment while the physical run is still upstream. Fewer samples sewn, fewer shoots flown, a lower footprint for every story told, and the story arrives sooner.

LINE REVIEW · approved assetCREATIVE · same asset, second lifeSAMPLES · fewer sewnFOOTPRINT · lower per story

Nothing is re-imagined between the review room and the screen. The garment your team approved is the garment the audience meets.

Governed where Patagonia already works.

Ritual Engine runs inside the LLM environment Patagonia already uses, through our MCP connector and API. Nothing new to adopt, nothing that leaves your walls. And every asset leaves with its Creative Passport under the RITUAL Protocol: C2PA credentials, a rights ledger and an audit trail, so the question "can we publish this?" is answered by the asset itself.

Six layers between the record and the screen.

Patagonia's briefs, product records and 3D files never travel unprotected. From the first brief to the final delivery, every stage runs on controlled access, deliberate handling and a named owner. These are the six layers, in the order the work passes through them.

Secure intake

Briefs, references and production files enter through one controlled project channel, so the right people receive the right material and nobody else does.

layer 01 · intake

Private workspaces

Every Patagonia project sits in its own workspace. Client material is never pooled with another brand's, and access follows the project, not the building.

layer 02 · workspace

Protected creation

Creative is built only from approved assets, with tool access set per project and per person. What the record does not contain cannot appear.

layer 03 · creation

Human review

Review stages make approvals visible and accountable. Every production decision carries a name, and unnecessary access is cut before it is needed.

layer 04 · review

Controlled delivery

Finished creative leaves by an intentional delivery path, so Patagonia's team decides what leaves the workspace, to whom, and when.

layer 05 · delivery

Lifecycle management

Projects are archived, retained or removed on the schedule Patagonia agrees to, so old creative never becomes forgotten exposure.

layer 06 · lifecycle

Open by design. None of this asks Patagonia to replace a system it already trusts. PLM and the 3D design tools stay where they are, approved assets move between your storage and ours without turning a project into an open folder, and performance data informs creative decisions without leaving its boundaries.

record 05 · six layers · brief to delivery

A passport for every creative.

Every asset made for Patagonia leaves with its own signed record: which product entry it was built from, who directed it, who approved it and under which rights. The passport is written inside production, not attached afterward, which is why the asset can answer for itself.

Your creative stays yours.

Ritual Engine is there to speed Patagonia's production, not to blur the line around who owns the work. Patagonia's brand, its product records and its finished creative stay central to Patagonia's own operating model.

Brand assets

Approved logos, product photography, 3D garments and campaign material are handled as Patagonia's property, on loan to the work.

Creative output

Finished films, variants and campaign-ready assets belong inside Patagonia's creative operation and delivery process.

Production intelligence

What is learned from Patagonia's work is organized around Patagonia's goals, never treated as generic creative inventory.

Clear handoffs

Every project is structured so your team can see what was made, what was approved and what is ready to move.

01

Encryption-minded

Sensitive information is protected as it moves between people, tools and environments.

02

Least-privilege access

People get the access their role needs, not access to everything.

03

Traceable workflows

Reviews, approvals and deliveries carry clear ownership and context.

04

Responsible retention

Project material is kept on purpose, never left to accumulate.

05

Secure collaboration

Speed never costs the boundaries between teams, projects or clients.

06

Continuous improvement

Practices evolve with the tools, the threats and the work.

Proof, on the record.

For Reebok, our team captured real athletes and the real shoe in studio on high-speed cameras, delivered a full previsualization within 90 minutes, and every frame was directed by our creative directors. The commercial the world saw was the one Reebok said yes to on day one.

The meeting is a working session, so we would rather spend it on your answers than our claims.

How does product data reach marketing today, and in what form does it arrive?

q · 02

Where does it break: which claims, colorways or specs go wrong between the record and the campaign?

q · 03

What happens to your 3D assets after line review, and who touches them last?
